Jeff Nestegard is a visionary artist whose foundational understanding of reality imbues every facet of his work. He has come to understand how thoughts and feelings translate to light, frequencies, and vibrations to be received by the cosmic soup of pure potentiality. This sea or unified field is the creative force from which all things emerge. His creativity stems from his conviction that creatives can have profound impact on what is possible by focusing on particular vibrational frequencies of thoughts and feelings.

Jeff Nestegard is a largely self-taught visual artist with nearly twenty years of practice in his chosen medium. The most transformative chapter of his artistic development began in 2012, when he spent three months at a permaculture and ayahuasca retreat center in the Peruvian jungle. Through a work exchange program, he contributed to the land — clearing jungle and building banana pits — while also participating in 21 ceremonial sessions guided by shamans and their icaros. The experience was by his own account a profound dismantling and reconstruction of self, one that rewired his perception and opened him to a deeper understanding of self-love and the fundamental nature of reality.
The shift in his work following that journey is unmistakable. Before Peru, Nestegard's art tended toward the darker and more muted — often pale, sometimes colorless, without a clear narrative thread. What emerged afterward was something far more vibrant and intentional. His palette expanded dramatically, and with it came a unifying theme: the invisible architecture of existence. His work now explores the sea of pure potentiality — a unified field from which all things arise when charged with the vibrational frequency of thought and emotion. Light, frequency, and feeling become the language through which consciousness makes requests of the cosmos.
Woven throughout his current practice are overtones of sexuality, manifestation, and the streaming flow of consciousness — a body of work that invites viewers into a direct encounter with the underlying forces that shape reality.
